The address above is the company's registered office, which Spanish law requires us to publish. It is not where the experiences take place: each experience states its own meeting point in the booking confirmation.
2. Purpose
This website exists to present the gastronomic experiences that Sentire Gastro, S.L. organises in Seville, to allow them to be booked, and to put travel professionals in touch with us.
3. Terms of use
Access to this site is free of charge and confers the status of user, which implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to use the site diligently and not to use it for unlawful purposes, for purposes harmful to the rights of third parties, or in ways that may damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.
Sentire Gastro, S.L. reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the site, and to suspend access temporarily for technical or maintenance reasons.

Sentire Gastro, S.L. takes due care to keep the information published here accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption.
Information about experiences, menus, pairings and allergens is indicative and may vary with seasonality and product availability. The binding information is that given in the booking confirmation and on site. Guests with allergies or intolerances must declare them when booking, so that we can verify them and adapt the service.
6. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party sites, in particular to the booking platform where purchases are completed. Sentire Gastro, S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy policies, which users should review separately.
7. Bookings and contracting
Experiences are booked and paid for through an external booking platform. The applicable terms of purchase, payment, amendment and cancellation are those shown on that platform before the purchase is completed, and those are the terms the user accepts when booking.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, where the user is a consumer.
Consumers resident in the European Union may also turn to an accredited alternative dispute resolution body or to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
